Return & Exchange
The user is responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of his product. Shipping cost is non-refundable, if you receive your refund, shipping costs will be automatically deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to switch your product may vary.
Product Switching (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are damaged or if they are defective. If you need to switch the product you have purchased please contact us at: email@example.com
Discounted products (if applicable)
Only normal price products can be refunded. Unfortunately, money can not be refunded when the product is subject to a discount.
Returns late or lost funds
If you have not received the refund for a long time, first review your bank account and then contact your credit card provider, the process can take some time before it is posted.
Then communicate with the bank and there is often a period of time before it is published. If you follow all these steps and have not received your money yet please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Refund (if applicable)
Once we receive and review the product, we will send an email alerting you that we have received the reference product. Then we will alert you if your refund is refused or accepted. If accepted, then the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used within a given period of time.
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your products. Unfortunately, you can not return your money or switch the product. In order to be eligible to return the product, the product must be unused and in the same state as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging to complete the return, we request a receipt or a purchase guide.
